- Navigate to the Users page by clicking the hamburger button in the top left-hand corner and then clicking the Users button or by visiting yoursite.overcasthq.com/users.
- In the top-left part of the page, you’ll see a search box titled “Keywords”. Enter the name of the User into the Keywords search box.
- Under Status, you can search for client accounts that are enabled, disabled or deleted.
- Select the timeframe you’d like to search. You can choose from 1 day, 7 days, 30 days, or you can select Custom and enter two dates to search between.
- The list of Users in the main part of the page will update live and display the User you’re searching for.
