Search for a client

  1. To search for a Client, first navigate to the Clients Page, either via the hamburger menu or by visiting yoursite.overcasthq.com/clients.
  2. In the top-left part of the page, you’ll see a search box titled “Keywords”. Enter the name of the Client into the Keywords search box.
  3. The list of Clients in the main part of the page will update live and display the Client you’re searching for.
  4. Under Status, you can search for client accounts that are enabled, disabled or deleted.
  5. Select the timeframe you’d like to search. You can choose from 1 day, 7 days, 30 days, or you can select Custom and enter two dates to search between.
