We are living in unusual times. The coronavirus pandemic is impacting everyone – from city to city and country to country. We know that you rely on Overcast HQ to provide digital content to your staff, clients and audiences and we wanted to share with you how we are ensuring our business continuity and support without affecting our employees’ health and welfare.
We also wanted to announce that we are launching a FREE package for remote workers who need to share and collaborate on content.
Employees and Security first
It is imperative that we take care of our people—including employees, vendors and temporary staff—and the communities they work in. We’ve taken action so that people can work from home in a secure and managed way. Our security systems ensure that the administration of our services is the top priority.
Uptime and customer support
Our distributed and redundant network is in the cloud – we have from Day 1 been prepared for comprehensive business continuity. Our suppliers and partners are the biggest in the world – AWS, Microsoft and Google – and they have assured us that they are also prepared for business continuity. Regular testing of our systems continues and we will keep you updated and informed if there is any change.
Digital First Strategy
We have been asked by clients and partners to develop new features that could better assist them to work remotely – including live streaming and webcasting for unique industries. These are in Beta as we speak. If you would like to be part of the Beta trial, please email info@overcasthq.com.

At moments like these, we have been able to suspend some of our plans and work towards producing digital first solutions that will aid businesses and communities in their time of need.
